The idea is to get up and move for 60 minutes a day.

60 whole minutes!!

It does not have to be 60 minutes straight.

It can be 4- 20 minute session of physical activity. It can be 2-30 minute sessions of physical activity.

It does not mean you have to run for a straight 60...
