1 (2-lb) pork tenderloin
1 1/3 cups sugar-free traditional or honey mustard BBQ sauce
1 cup crushed canned no-sugar-added pineapple with juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, diced
Add all ingredients to a slow cooker.
Cook on high for 8 hours.
Shred the meat with two forks and serve.
Serve the pulled pork on a salad or on a lower-carb wrap.
